Returns and Refunds

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns exchanges, or refunds except in cases of:

• Items arriving damaged or defective
• Incorrect items received

If one of these issues occurs, contact us at jndavisheat777@gmail.com, or 206-934-0212 with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

We cannot accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please consult the size guide before ordering.
